How does it work?

Quite simply, our fixed return investment opportunity uses the money you put in, along with our own, to develop your property. Once the development is completed, we sell the house. Should this be your preferred option you receive the balance of your biennial return at the second anniversary of your contract. At this point you can withdraw your money, or take the option to repeat the cycle.

Regal Green manage the process from start to finish, including the land acquisition, the building work, and the sale of the property.
